Insurance Plans
The Continuum Reproductive Center participates with more insurance carriers than many other centers. To get started, schedule an initial consultation with us by calling 212-523-7751. Describe your insurance to the staff member, and she will let you know whether or not the visit will be covered. You may also wish to check with your insurance carrier for the details of your healthcare coverage.
Once you are in our care, we will help you to determine what services are covered benefits by your carrier and what your financial responsibilities are. Below is a current list of the carriers we participate with:
- Aetna US Health Care
- Aetna PPO/POS
- Anthem
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield HMO and PPO/POS
- Cambridge
- Cigna HMO and PPO
- GHI CBP Flex Select, Network Access and PPO (not HMO)
- Magnacare HMO and PPO
- Medicare
- Oxford Freedom POS, Liberty HMO
NOTE: While we do not participate with United Healthcare, HealthNet and certain other providers, we accept patients with these insurances on an out-of-network basis.
It is important for patients to understand that while we participate with these carriers, certain insurance companies do not include all tests and procedures as covered benefits. In such cases, the fees are the responsibility of the patient or couple.
