We at the Continuum Reproductive Center (CRC) understand that the diagnosis and treatment of fertility disorders can be physically and emotionally demanding for patients and couples alike.

The financial demands can also be significant. The CRC is dedicated to providing high-quality, state-of-the-art fertility services not only to those of significant financial means, but also to those who require insurance to pay for these services.

We participate with more insurance carriers than many other centers and will help you to determine what services are covered benefits by your carrier and what your financial responsibilities are. In addition, for out-of-pocket procedures, our charges are frequently lower than those of other local institutions. The Continuum Reproductive Center is one of a limited number of in vitro fertilization programs chosen to participate in the New York State Demonstration Program. This program provides financial support to insured couples without IVF coverage. 

To get started, schedule an initial consultation with us by calling 212-523-7751. Describe your insurance to the staff member, and she will let you know whether or not the visit will be covered. You may also wish to check with your insurance carrier for the details of your healthcare coverage. Once you are in our care, we will contact your carrier directly.
