Sangita K. Jindal, PhD, Laboratory Director

Dr. Jindal is the Continuum Reproductive Center’s IVF laboratory director. She received her PhD in reproductive physiology at the University of Toronto, and has ten years of experience as a laboratory director and embryologist in both academic and private clinical settings. |
She is accredited by the American Association of Bioanalysts as a high
complexity lab director (HCLD), and is licensed as a laboratory director by the New York State Department of Health and the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners. She has authored numerous articles in the fields of molecular biology and embryology.
Eric Gonzales, BS, Chief Clinical Embryologist

Eric Gonzales is the Continuum Reproductive Center’s chief clinical embryologist. He is a senior embryologist and technical laboratory supervisor with nearly a decade of experience performing in vitro fertilization and other assisted reproductive
technologies. |
He is an expert in the leading-edge techniques of gamete and embryo micromanipulation, including but not limited to intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), laser-assisted hatching, and defragmentation of embryos.
Mr. Gonzales earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and received training in oocyte and embryo micromanipulation at the esteemed Jones Institute in Norfolk, Virginia. He is certified as a technical supervisor by the American Association of Bioanalysts, and recognized by the New York State Department of Health as a certified clinical laboratory technologist.
Mr. Gonzales is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American Association of Bioanalysts, and the New York Metropolitan Embryological Society.
Richard P. Cruz, BA, Embryologist and Andrologist
Richard P. Cruz is an embryologist and andrologist with over five years of experience in assisted reproductive technologies. He is recognized by the New York State Department of Health as a certified clinical laboratory technologist and is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the New York Metropolitan Embryology Society. Mr. Cruz received his training in oocyte and embryo micromanipulation at the esteemed Jones Institute in Norfolk, Virginia. He earned his degree in biological sciences at New York University.
