Costs and Billing Policy
For those patients who do not have covered fertility benefits, our charges are frequently lower than those of other local institutions.
On an ongoing basis during your care, our billing associates will provide you with a detailed bill form clearly delineating your financial responsibilities. During your care, you may also call our billing department at 212-523-7385 for additional information about costs and billing.
Our office accepts cash, personal or bank checks, and major credit cards. Payments are required at the time of service and prior to starting a medication treatment cycle. We will be happy to provide you with a billing statement reflecting the services rendered so that you may submit it to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
